Welcome to the GameTimeCT Athlete of the Week where we look to honor student-athletes from across Connecticut each week during the high school sports seasons.
Each week, the GameTimeCT staff will select five athletes competing in boys high school sports and five competing in girls sports as finalists. We will then turn the process over to the fans to vote for who they think should win the title of GameTimeCT Athlete of the Week. Voting will begin Tuesday morning and close Thursday night at 11:59 p.m. Winners will be announced each Friday by around noon.
Naccarato left it all on the court, scoring 42 of his 62 points in a 74-62 loss to Coginchaug.

Milestone Performance
The senior scored 28 points in a 89-65 win against Wethersfield. Nimani’s 28 points puts him over 1,000 for his career as he has 1,004 points. He is just the third player in Platt history to reach the benchmark. Jamle Riddle has the most points in program history with 1,445, which means that Nimani has a chance to become the all-time points leader in school history.
